I made a huge batch of this for putting in jars to give to friends for Christmas 2011 & it was a hit. I was just asked for a copy of the recipe, so thought I would add it on here for anyone interested
Servings: 5 (1 tbsp per serving) Calories: 34
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar – packed
- 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper
- 1 tbsp Dried Rosemary – crushed
- 1 tbsp Dried Mint Leaves
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Mix together & store in an airtight container. Makes about 1/3 cup
Rub on beef, lamb or poultry. Let stand for at least 30 minutes before cooking
For best flavour, rub on meat or poultry & chill for 4 hours before cooking
